The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has today received a response from the Radio Regulatory Council (President: Junichi HAMADA, President of Tokyo University) stating that the proposal was appropriate regarding the effective use evaluation of the radio waves based on the evaluation results for the FY2008 radio wave usage condition survey.

The MIC has today received a response stating that the proposal was appropriate from the Radio Regulatory Council regarding the effective use evaluation of the radio waves below 770 MHz, and has published the evaluation results based on provision Article 26 No. 2 Item 4 of the Radio Act (Act of 1950, No, 131)
