Holding of an International Conference and
International Relations Seminar

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) will hold an international conference and international relations seminar for junior and mid-ranking experts to strengthen and reenergize efforts of conference participants from Japan to the International Telecommunications Union.

Background

The active participation and support of international conferences such as the ITU will have a large impact on the international competitiveness of Japan's ICT industry due to the development of global information communications. Therefore it is important that Japan actively strengthens and reenergizes efforts of participants to international conferences such as the ITU.
On the other hand, specialized knowledge, a high amount of communicative ability, the ability to create impressive proposals on paper and negotiate in high-level conferences is required at these international conferences.
The MIC will hold practical seminars lead by teachers with a wealth of experience in international conferences to nurture and support junior and mid-ranking experts who will participate in international conferences.
