Results of Public Comments Regarding the Answer Proposal
Inquiry No. 14 of 2008 on the State of a Comprehensive System of
Laws for Communications and Broadcasting

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) accepted public comments from June 20 to July 21, 2009, regarding the Answer Proposal Inquiry No. 14 of 2008 on the State of a Comprehensive System of Laws for Communications and Broadcasting, which was put together by the investigative committee concerning a comprehensive system of laws for communications and broadcasting for the Information and Communications Council and Information and Communications Policy Sub-council. The results of the public comments have been published.

Future plans

The committee will deliberate again based on the comments received from the public.
Additionally, the committee is aiming to establish an answer for the State of a Comprehensive System of Laws for Communications and Broadcasting by the December season in time for the Information and Communications General Council Meeting.
