The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has determined it appropriate to order NTT West to improve business methods and other measures based on provisions in Article 29 paragraph 1 of the Telecommunications Business Act (1984 Act. 86) and will hold a hearing based on Article 161 paragraph 1 of the same act.
