The Information and Communications Agency and Postal Services Council on December 15, 2009, received an inquiry from the Minister of Internal Affairs regarding the Draft Changes to Interconnection Tariffs concerning Category I Designated Telecommunications Facilities of NTT East and NTT West (Revision of 2010 Interconnection Charges Based on the Historical Cost Method).

Upon receiving the inquiry, public comments were accepted from Tuesday, December 15, 2009 to Thursday, January 14, 2010 regarding the draft changes and as a result, a total of five comments were received.

Therefore, the results of the public comments will be published, along with the reacceptance of public comments from January 19 to February 2, 2010 regarding the draft proposal and submitted comments.
