Designation of Eligible Telecommunications Carriers [Inquiry No. 1149, January 25, 2006]
As the result of deliberations, the Telecommunications Council reported to the MIC that it would be appropriate to make the designations as proposed in the inquiry.

Deliberations were conducted, taking into consideration the opinions submitted, based on the report from the Interconnection Committee who had studied and reviewed the matter. As a result, the Telecommunications Council reported to the MIC that, as proposed, it would be appropriate to approve the amendment.

Concerns the changes to be made to the Articles of Agreement Concerning Interconnection for procedure charges, based on the provisions of Paragraph 2, Article 33 of the Telecommunications Business Law, with the development of a new online system for receiving applications for local number portability, which are currently accepted by fax.
