business, you shall file a notification with the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications. In case of Special Type II telecommunications

This system opened up a way for the general public to take advantage of radio communications.
Under this system, users can use radio for communications without having to quality as radio operators and without a radio station license.
On this system, the frequency from 422.2MHz to 422.3 MHz is allocated for the voice transmission.
And you can use the Specified low-power radio stations that operate under certain circumstances for a specific purpose and fulfill all of the following conditions.
1) Antenna power of 0.01 watts or less.
2) Use of radio type and frequency as specified in the ministerial ordinance of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC)
3) Automatically sends or receives call signs or call names and does not disturb the operations of other radio stations.
4) Only uses radio equipment with the Technical Regulations Conformity Certification.
