| A change will occur in Knowledge Management. In a ubiquitous environment, we will be able to access our own information without choosing a terminal. We can enjoy rich content by managing applications and data on the network side, not on the terminal side. As a result, information-sharing structures will change, and not only formal knowledge (knowledge that we can formalize through documents and charts), but also implicit knowledge (knowledge such as the know-how or experience that is difficult to formalize and organize) can be shared. The way in which we work will also change, through the introduction of sharing and more efficient use flexible work styles and the promotion of office space. In addition, RFID tags which are applied to every document will provide more efficient document control and carefully-crafted security management. |
