The frequencies used by UHF-CB and PRS are used for television broadcasting in Japan. The use of such devices causes a range of problems related to television reception.

 

Any person interfering with important administrative radio communications shall be liable to penal servitude for a period not exceeding five years or to a fine not exceeding 2.5 million yen. Attempted offenses are also subject to punishment.

If you possess a radio device that cannot be used in Japan in a condition where radio waves can be emitted, you will be punished by law, regardless of whether you are aware of the illegality of your act.

UHF-CBとPRSで使用している周波数は、日本国内ではテレビ放送に使用しています。

このため、これらの無線機を使用するとテレビの受信に様々な問題が生じます。

★重要無線通信妨害は、5年以下の懲役又は250万円以下の罰金。未遂も処罰されます。

電波が発射可能な状態であれば、本人の認識にかかわらず、法律により処罰されます。
