IGF Kyoto 2023

All the participants are encouraged to use public transport to travel to the Kyoto International Conference Center.
During IGF Kyoto 2023, parking spaces on the site of the Kyoto International Conference Center will be closed for public use. Therefore please refrain coming to the venue by car.

• About 75 minutes by Express Haruka train from Kansai International Airport (KIX) .
• About 55 minutes by Limousine Bus from Osaka (Itami) International Airport.

• About 20 minutes by subway Karasuma Line from Kyoto station to the nearest station (Kokusai Kaikan Station) of the Kyoto International Conference Center.

• 5-minute walk from Kokusaikaikan Station on the Karasuma Subway Line.
