MPHPT issued an administrative order against violator of the Anti-Spam Law


The MPHPT on April 15 issued an administrative order against SIS World (Shinjuku 2-13-10, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) which had violated the Law on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail (the Anti-Spam Law) (Specified Electronic Mail Law) by sending spam to mobile phones, requesting that it conforms to the regulations in the Anti-Spam Law.
