"u-Japan Best Practices" Compiled

In a ubiquitous network society, where "anyone, anything, anywhere and anytime" can be connected to networks, it is expected that utilization of ICT will play a key role in addressing various social problems, including the declining birthrate and the aging society.
MIC has been promoting the "u-Japan Policy" to realize the ubiquitous network society by 2010 as the world's most advanced ICT nation. Thus, MIC invited useful cases, "u-Japan Best Practices" , concerning ICT services and systems that resolve problems arising in day-to-day lives or business scenes.
MIC has compiled 53 cases as the "u-Japan Best Practices," with the purpose of raising public awareness by presenting thereof as successful models for the ubiquitous network society.
