Best Practices to Be Invited for "2007 u-Japan Best Practices"

In a ubiquitous network society, it is expected that utilization of ICT -- which has become accepted in society as part of the social infrastructures -- will provide solutions to various social issues, including the declining birthrate and the aging society.
Against such a backdrop, MIC has been collecting cases of ICT service systems, with which various people/products can be connected and problems arising in day-to-day lives or business scenes can be resolved, for the "u-Japan Best Practices" every fiscal year. The purpose of the Best Practices is to raise public awareness of corporations intending to introduce ICT service systems, by showcasing those cases as ICT utilization models in the ubiquitous society. Outstanding cases will be awarded at the "FY2007 Central Ceremony for the Radio Day and the Info-Communications Promotion Month" to be held on June 1, 2007.
