Form of Indication (Related to Articles 6, 25, 34 and 51)
Matters to be indicated shall be a mark of the following form, a code added to the mark, and the number of Technical Regulations Conformity Certification, the number of certification by the type or the number of certification for each equipment.
- Size shall be 5mm or more in diameter (3mm or more in diameter in case of radio equipment having a volume of 100cc or less).
- Material shall be damage-resistive one.
- Indication may be colored where appropriate, provided that the coloring does not preclude easy indentification of the indication.
- The code added to the mark of the above form shall be R.
- The first one or two letters of the number of Technical Regulations Conformity Certification, the number of certification by the type or the number of certification for each equipment shall be as specified in the following table according to categories of Specified Radio Equipment, and other letters, etc. shall be as separately specified by the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications.
