BRIEF OVERALL PROJECT SUMMARY:

Promoting informatization in addition to that carried out in existing and past policies in order to open up new potential within the present postal administration

PROJECT OBJECTIVES:

Telecommunications Administration:
- Extensive digitalization of documents to speed up operational services as well as to enhance the quality of information delivery services.
Postal Administration:
- Enhancement of operational service quality through in-depth review of existing operational practices, etc.
- Improvement of existing operational information publicity and promotion of the conversion of individual post offices into information hubs integral to the local community by means of delivery of relevant information and including special care delivered exclusively through post offices at time of disaster.
