BRIEF OVERALL PROJECT SUMMARY:

Addition of interest subsidy processing operation related to loans originating from Development Bank of Japan toward TAO( Telecommunication Advancement Organization of Japan). The objective of this system is facilitate borrowing by non-governmental organizations/private companies from such institutions as Development Bank of Japan at low interest rates. This is a new fund relating to interest subsidy operation that will be established within TAO.
