This project realizes, by network simulation facility, etc., similar conditions to those where the nationwide optical fiber networks have been established and provides these facilities (incubation facilities) to the private enterprises and researchers who conduct advanced R&D in the sphere of telecommunications and broadcasting. This project thereby contributes to the development of next-generation applications and telecommunications technologies.PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
To support private enterprises who intend to develop advanced applications and telecommunications technologies corresponding to the networks where the nationwide optical fiber networks have been established, and to contribute thereby to the establishment of the advanced info-communications society.EXPECTED/ACTUAL RESULTS:
By disseminating the results of R&D conducted in these facilities by private enterprises, telecommunications and broadcasting services will be inaugurated and new businesses related to these services will be developed, and the users will benefit significantly.PARTNERS/ACTORS IN THE PROJECT:
