会場へお越しいただく方へ

参加登録の際に使用した政府発行の写真付き身分証（パスポート、運転免許証等、マイナンバーカード）を必ず持参するようにしてください。忘れた場合は入場できない可能性があります。

受付で受け取ったIDバッチは必ず見える位置に携帯する様にしてください。

急病人などトラブルを見つけた際は119番通報をせず、まずは近くのスタッフにお知らせください。

For those who visit the KICC

Please make sure to bring the government-issued ID with the photo (passport, driver's license card, etc.) which you used to register. You may not be able to enter if you do not bring it.

Throughout the Forum, please wear your ID budge which you received at the registration desk at the visible position.

If you see an emergency case or other troubles, please do not call 119, but notice to the nearest staff member first.
