Table No. 1 (relatedto Article 87, Article 91)

 
  1. 1. A person who has graduatedfrom a university, under the School Education Law (Law No. 26 of 1947)(excluding junior colleges; the same shall apply in item iii)) or a universityunder the old Imperial Ordinance for University (Imperial Ordinance No.388 of 1918), with a degree in electrical engineering or telecommunicationsengineering, or a person being given a chief telecommunications engineer'slicense who has a one-year or longer experience in the work of technicalconditions compliance approval service or service for certification oftype of terminal equipment, or for testing, tuning or maintenance of terminalequipment (hereinafter referred to as the "work experience")
  2. 2. A person who has graduatedfrom a junior college or a college of technology under the School EducationLaw, or a under the old Imperial Ordinance for Technical College (ImperialOrdinance No. 61 of 1903), with a degree in electrical engineering or telecommunicationsengineering and has the work experience of three years or longer
  3. 3. A person who has graduatedfrom a foreign school equivalent to a university under the School EducationLaw with a degree in electrical engineering or telecommunications engineeringand has the service experience of one year or longer
  4. 4. A person who has graduatedfrom a foreign school equivalent to a junior college or college of technologyunder the School Education Law with a degree in electrical engineeringor telecommunications engineering and has the work experience of threeyears or longer
