Currently, communication between the Earth and the Moon has significant delays, making real-time remote operations impossible. However, in a future powered by Beyond 5G, digital twins and AI will enable seamless operations without noticeable delays.

An immersive experience booth utilizing VR goggles to remotely control a robot at the lunar base from the earth in real time to perform lunar surface operations.

With Beyond 5G, areas that cannot be covered by surface communications, as well as areas in which communications are cut off during natural disasters, can be covered by communications from the sky using HAPS in the future.

A realistic experience booth lets you directly experience how communications are recovered by operating HAPS in regions where communications have been cut off due to natural disasters.

Currently, wireless communications cannot reach under the sea, and it is not possible to transfer large volumes of data such as video. However, with Beyond 5G, it will be possible to remotely control a robot in the oceans and under the sea from land, thanks to NTN (Non-Terrestrial Networks) and underwater optical wireless communications.

Currently, it’s not possible to share a human’s sensations with remote locations. However, with Beyond 5G, we will be able to transmit a wide range of data, including even these sensations, thanks to a fusion of Haptic technology and optical communications technology.

An realistic experience booth that you can enjoy playing catch in a virtual space with people from overseas or AI avatars using haptic gloves, allowing them to feel realistic sensations as if they were truly there.

Currently, automatic linking system mechanisms that can connect various industries cannot be realized. However, with Beyond 5G, system linkage between industries can be optimally realized, and new value can be created, due to these mechanisms being installed in the infrastructure.
