Deferred Payment for Spectrum User Fees due to the Spread of New Coronavirus Infection

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has decided to defer the collection of payments for spectrum user fees from today in areas where emergency measures are to be taken due to the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.

The collection of payments for spectrum user fees will be deferred from today in areas where emergency measures are to be taken due to the spread of the coronavirus pandemic. This deferral is based on the provisions of Article 32, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Special Measures for Pandemic Influenza and New Infectious Diseases Preparedness and Response.

The areas of radio station licensees subject to the deferral of payments for spectrum user fees (including exemption from overdue charges) and the payment grace period are shown in the table below.
