December 18, 2015 Hearing Stakeholders’ Opinions on Technical Requirements relating to Frequency Band Expansion for 5 GHz Band Wireless LAN

The Department on Information and Communications Technology under the Information and Communications Council started deliberating on technical requirements relating to frequency band expansion for 5 GHz band wireless LAN within technical requirements for the upgrading of low-power wireless communications systems on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, and it will issue an interim report around November 2016. The Land Radiocommunication Subcommittee of the Department on Information and Communications Technology under the Information and Communications Council has decided to hold a meeting at 10:30 on Tuesday, January 26, 2016, with an opportunity to hear stakeholders’ opinions on the subject, and accept applications for attendance from those interested in the subject.
