December 24, 2015 Determination of Candidate Contractors for Project to Promote Information Linking under Various Cloud Environments

Following an appeal that the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) made for proposals for the fiscal 2016 project to promote information linking under various cloud environments, MIC selected a contractor for the project with consideration of the results of evaluations.

1.Project summary

In order to promote the introduction of work system clouds to local governments centered on large-scale local governments, in particular, this project aims to study matters, including technical specifications, related to information linking between clouds and construct information infrastructure that will enable seamless information linking under various cloud environments.

2.Content decided

MIC made an appeal for proposals for the project from Friday, November 6, 2015, through Monday, December 7, 2015, and received one proposal as a result. Recently, MIC has selected NTT DATA Corporation as the contractor of the fiscal 2016 project to promote information linking under various cloud environments with consideration of the evaluation of the members of a meeting to discuss the fiscal 2015 Project to Promote Information Linking under Various Cloud Environments.
