July 7, 2015 Countermeasures against Third Parties’ Unauthorized Use of Phone Services, including IP Phone Services (Request)

IP phone or other phone service users are having problems of claims for high international phone charges as a result of third parties’ unauthorized use of their IP phone or other phone services. For this reason, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has today requested organizations related to telecommunications business for cooperation in taking appropriate action to prevent this and the spread of damage caused by such unauthorized use.
