July 28, 2015 Announcement of Action Plans (First Edition) to Accelerate ICT Use in Entire Society toward 2020

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has been holding a round-table conference called the Conference on the Promotion of Introduction of ICT in the Entire Society in View of 2020 since November 2014. Recently, the Conference completed a report entitled ICT Action Plans (First Edition) for Entire Society toward 2020, and MIC has decided to announce the outline of the report. With consideration of the Action Plans, MIC will implement measures to accelerate ICT use in the entire society.
