The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) drafted a Ministerial Ordinance and pertinent conditions for a partial revision of the Ordinance Regulating Radio Equipment in order to specify technical conditions required to upgrade fixed communications systems in 5.8 to 7.5 GHz bands.
