September 14, 2015 Ideal State of Calculation of Connection Charges in and after FY2016 based on Long-Run Incremental Cost Model

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has today received a report from the Information and Communications Council in response to MIC’s inquiry No. 1221 of February 9, 2015, on the ideal state of the calculation charges in and after fiscal 2016 based on a long-run incremental cost model. The Information and Communications Council completed the report based on the investigation and deliberation of the Telecommunications Business Policy Committee and the Interconnection Policy Subcommittee and with consideration of the result of an appeal for opinions made by the Council from July 8 through August 6, 2015.
