September 25, 2015 Holding Round-table Conference on the Ideal State of Promoting the Utilization and Application of Individual Number Cards and Official Individual Authentication Service

The delivery of personal number cards will start in January next year. Personal number cards and official individual authentication service are expected to contribute to improvement in public convenience through a further increase in the efficiency of administrative affairs and the spread of the utilization and application of them in the public and private sectors. In this connection, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) will hold a round-table conference on the ideal state of promoting the utilization and application of individual number cards and official individual authentication service in order to study measures to promote the application and utilization of individual number cards and official individual authentication service. The Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications will preside over the council.
