January 15, 2016 Appeal for Opinions on Draft Guidelines for Consumer Protection Rules for the Telecommunications Business Act

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) drafted the Guidelines for Consumer Protection Rules for the Telecommunications Business Act to enable consumers to feel secured to use telecommunication services in preparation for the enforcement of the Act on Partial Amendments to the Telecommunications Business Act, etc. (Act No. 26 of 2015). In this connection, MIC decided to make an appeal for opinions on the draft from Saturday, January 16 through Sunday, February 14, 2016.
