January 20, 2016 Holding Study Group on Utilization of Emergency Ad-hoc Communications Network

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications will hold a study group on the utilization of an emergency ad-hoc communications network to consider the technical challenges of constructing and utilizing an ad-hoc network using wireless LAN functions, such as those of on-vehicle communications systems and smartphones in times of large-scale disaster.
