January 20, 2016 Holding IoT Security Working Group of IoT Promotion Consortium

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry decided to hold a meeting of the IoT Security Working Group of the IoT Promotion Consortium jointly. The IoT Security Working Group has been established countermeasures focused on security risks peculiar to the designing and production IoT equipment and the connection of communications networks with consideration of the existence of security challenges and risks resulting from the progress of IoT society.
