October 14, 2016 Overview of Complaint and Consultation Cases over Telecommunications Services in FY2015

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) accepts complains and provide consultation over telecommunications services at the Telecommunications Consumer Consultation Centers and each Regional Bureau of Telecommunications (the Okinawa Office of Telecommunications in the case of Okinawa).
MIC made a report on the number of complaint and consultation cases in fiscal 2015 and summarized case examples to prevent people from trouble in telecommunications services based on the complaint and consultation cases, and decided to release the same.
