The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) will make an appeal for proposals for research and development projects in technologies to bridge digital divide (subsidized by the government to promote the utilization of information and telecommunications) from Tuesday, February 23, through Wednesday, March 23, 2016.
