April 8, 2016 Announcement about Guidelines for Consumer Protection Rules in Pay-broadcast Field and Results of Opinions

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) drafted a set of instructions entitled Guidelines for Consumer Protection Rules in the Pay-broadcast Field, made an appeal for opinions from Thursday, February 18, through Friday, March 18, 2016, on the Guidelines, and received four opinions in response to the appeal. Accordingly, MIC has decided to announce the opinions and MIC’s comments to the opinions.
MIC has released the Guidelines as well, which was finalized with consideration of the opinions and relevant conditions.
