April 8, 2016 Results of Appeal for Opinions concerning Draft Ministerial Ordinances, etc. on Partial Revisions to the Regulations for Enforcement of the Act for Implementation of the Mutual Recognition between Japan and Foreign States in Relation to Results of Conformity Assessment Procedures of Specified Equipment

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) drafted Ministerial Ordinances and pertinent conditions on partial revisions to the Regulations for Enforcement of the Act for Implementation of the Mutual Recognition between Japan and Foreign States in Relation to Results of Conformity Assessment Procedures of Specified Equipment. In this connection, MIC and METI made an appeal for opinions from Friday, February 26, through Monday, March 28, 2016 on the draft Ministerial Ordinances, etc., and have decided to announce the results.
