June 29, 2016 Release of Report of Study Group on Ideal Emergency Communications Means in Times of Large-scale Disaster
For Reinforcement of ICT-employed Disaster Medical and Relief Activities
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has been holding the Study Group on Ideal Emergency Communications Means in Times of Large-scale Disaster, which consists of experts in the medical field and the communications field as well as relevant ministry and agency members, since December 2015 to discuss the reinforcement of ICT-employed disaster medical and relief activities. Recently, the Study Group completed a report and MIC has decided to make it public.
