June 29, 2016 Release of Interim Report of Study Group on Utilization of Emergency Ad-hoc Communications Network

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has been hold the Study Group on Utilization of Emergency Ad-hoc Communications Network (Chief Investigator: Junichi Takada, Professor, Department of International Development Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology) since January 2016 to study technical requirements for the utilization of an emergency ad-hoc communications network in emergency cases. Recently, the Study Group completed an interim report, and MIC has decided to make it public.
