Partial Report from Information and Communications Council
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has received a partial report today from the Information and Communications Council (Chaired by Takeshi Uchiyamada, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Toyota Motor Corporation). This partial report has been made in response to the MIC’s Inquiry No. 2032 dated January 18, 2013, about technical requirements of a practical quasi-zenith satellite system as a part of ideal mobile satellite communications systems and relevant services using 2 GHz or other bands and pertinent technical requirements.
