The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications today gave administrative guidance to Premier Mobile Inc. on improvements in its business operations related to its Premier Mobile service, a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) service that the company offers to consumers, because cases violating consumer protection discipline were found in the business operations.
