November 7, 2017 Correction Order, etc. with regard to CONEXIO Corporation in Violation of Mobile Phone Improper Use Prevention Act

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) issued today a correction order based on the provisions of Paragraph 2, Article 15 of the Act on Identification, etc. by Mobile Voice Communications Carriers of their Subscribers, etc. and for Prevention of Improper Use of Mobile Voice Communications Services (the Mobile Phone Improper Use Prevention Act for short, Act No. 31 of 2005) to CONEXIO Corporation (Tokyo’s Shinjuku Ward) for its deeds in violation of the said Act.
Furthermore, MIC has instructed NTT DoCoMo，Inc. (Tokyo’s Chiyoda Ward), which has responsibility for supervising CONEXIO Corporation, to ensure its supervision over intermediary agencies.
