November 14, 2017 Announcement of Top Hundred Telework Pioneers, Awards of Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications, and Start of Email Consultations through Telework Promoting Enterprise Network

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has been recognizing enterprises and organizations advancing the introduction and utilization of teleworking as telework pioneers and selecting and announcing companies with sufficient achievements as the top hundred telework pioneers annually among them since fiscal 2015. In addition, MIC established the Awards of the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications in fiscal 2016 to be given to excellent pioneers among the top hundred telework pioneers every year.
Recently, MIC selected telework pioneers, the top hundred telework pioneers, and the recipients of the Awards of the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications for fiscal 2017. Furthermore, the Telework Promotion Enterprise Network, which is composed of enterprises selected as top hundred telework pioneers in the past, has decided to start an email consultation service using a dedicated email address to enable participating enterprises to respond to inquiries from companies planning to introduce and utilize telework.
