November 20, 2017 Implementation of Order for Measures against Kabushiki Kaisha Lightning Concerning Violation of the Act on Regulation of the Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and the Consumer Affairs Agency have issued an administrative order against Kabushiki Kaisha Lightning in accordance with Article 7 of the Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail (Act No. 26 of 2002). This company sent electronic mail to advertise or publicize its websites named apuri and CHAT, which the company operated in violation of the Act.
