November 29, 2017 Safety Net Campaign with Chain of Moves in Winter Vacation and New Semester

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has been implementing a spring safety net campaign from February through May every year with a chain of moves to promote filtering and IT literacy improvements in young people and their parental guardians intensively. With consideration of the murder case that occurred recently in Zama, Kanagawa Prefecture, MIC has decided advance the conventional schedule and start in December a safety net campaign with a chain of moves in the winter vacation and new semester.
