December 28, 2017 Memorandum of Cooperation between MIC and CRTC Concerning the Exchange of Information Relating to Unsolicited Commercial Electronic Messages

Pursuant to Article 30 of the Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail (Act No. 26 of 2002), the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has concluded a memorandum of cooperation with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) to exchange information on so-called “junk e-mails.”
