February 7, 2017 Aggregation and Provisional Calculation of Internet Traffic in Japan
Announcement of aggregate results as of November 2016
In order to grasp the actual state of Internet traffic (communications traffic) in Japan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications aggregated the amount of traffic as of November 2016 under provisional calculation with the cooperation of five Internet Service Providers (ISPs), five Internet Exchange (IX) organizations, and a number of researchers, and summarized the results accordingly.
