The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) calls for malware-infected handheld terminal users’ attention to unauthorized access to internet banking services. MIC’s call for attention is made through the Advanced Cyber Threats response InitiatiVE (ACTIVE), an anti-malware countermeasure project for people under a public-private partnership.
