March 28, 2017 Results of Talks with Sanae Takaichi, Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications, and H.E. Mr. Truong Minh Tuan, Minister of Information and Communications of Socialist Republic of Vietnam

Sanae Takaichi, Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications, held talks with H.E. Mr. Truong Minh Tuan, Minister for Information and Communication of Socialist Republic of Vietnam, who visited Japan. They agreed to establish a joint working group and further promote the cooperation between the two countries in the ICT and postal field.
Following the talks, Minister Takaichi and Minister Tuan signed the record of the proceedings on the establishment of a joint working group between the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and the Ministry of Information and Communication of Vietnam.
Furthermore, two Japanese enterprises entered into a joint agreement and a Japanese enterprise entered into an agreement with Vietnam Post with the attendance of Minister Takaichi and Minister Tuan.
