The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has today received a report from the Information and Communications Council (Chaired by Takeshi Uchiyamada, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Toyota Motor Corporation) in partial response to MIC’s inquiry No. 2039 of December 9, 2016, concerning technical requirements for upgrading public broadband mobile communications systems.
