The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications today gave administrative guidance to AKUBI Communications and its sales agent Elact on their telephonic solicitation of AKUBI Hikari, an optical access line service of the AKUBI Communications offered to consumers, for improvements in their method of solicitation that was found inappropriate.
