The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications today gave administrative guidance to SMART MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS Co., Ltd. on improvements in its business operations related to Smart Mobile Phone, a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) service that the company offers to consumers, because cases violating consumer protection discipline were found in the business operations.
